The Hills.

The Hills, 2014.
Competition: innosite “winner of the week” but not overall winner 😦 ! !

This is a quick entry showing how we can adapt some existing canal space in Copenhagen. The proposal uses similar principles from my previous work. The undulating landscape stitches both sides of the canal with a slice of the hills. The landscape adopts different uses over the seasons. It also has the ability to become a standing viewing platform for specific events such music or theatre, also allowing the residents of the neighbouring apartment block to watch also, therefore activating the wider context and offering something back to its neighbours.
